Shipping rates & Conditions

We only work with clients who are professionals of the sector (physical or online stores, veterinary clinics and pet hairdressers, breeders, etc.). With no minimum purchase amount.

  • Salupro distributes in the Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Ceuta and Melilla.
  • The delivery service is FREE for a minimum order of €150* for the Iberian Peninsula, of €300* for the Balearic Islands and €800* for Ceuta and Melilla. For lower purchases, see our economical shipping rates.
  • All orders are processed as soon as they are received in our system until 2:00 pm. Orders placed after that time are processed the next day.
  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
  • If a product is left out of the shipment due to lack of stock, a new order will not be generated automatically. It will be necessary to place an order with the pending product again.

Merchandise reception

You need to examine all merchandise received before signing the delivery note. If you find a problem, you must indicate it in this document and give it to the carrier. You have to detail all incorrect or damaged items and always attach an image of the product where the damage is clearly visible.

You must contact us as soon as possible to request a replacement and process the collection of the products in bad condition. The deadline to communicate this type of incident is 48 hours after the reception.

Return policy

If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us to arrange a return. To make the return of an article, the following information is necessary:

Para realizar la devolución de un artículo, son necesarios los siguientes datos:

  • Order number
  • Customer fiscal name
  • Invoice number

You can request a return up to 30 days after your purchase if there are more than 6 months left until its expiration date.

Return conditions

  • The products must be properly packed inside a box or protective bag.
  • We offer you our transport company for the merchandise return. The pick-up fee is € 6.95.
  • All returned items must be authorized by a Salupro customer service worker.
  • Any additional transportation expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
